Whenever you have a medical condition there are always foods that you should eat to help you live with the condition and there are always foods that you should avoid as well. The foods that you should avoid are usually things that can cause symptoms to become worse or that can interfere with the medications that you take for the condition. Vegetables are good for us and most of us have heard that the closer the fruits and vegetables we eat are to their natural state the more vitamins and minerals they contain.
